With the support and guidance from one of NHLC-Certified Coaches, you'll learn how to implement new life skills methods and techniques for you to meet your full potential. Your Coach will assist you with establishing short-term and long-term goals. Whether your goal is to self-improve, increase income, or make a career change, our Coaches will be there to assist you. 

 Step One  Meet Your Coach

Getting acquainted with your Coach is the first step. During the initial meeting your Coach will give you an overview of what life Coaching is and what to expect. Your Coach will answer any questions you may have.

Life Assessment  Step Two

In your first Coaching session, you will have an honest, in depth conversation with about how satisfied or dissatisfied you are about certain areas in your life. This allow your Coach to see which areas of your life needs the most attention to help your regain focus. 

 Step Three  Goal Setting

Next, your Coach will assist you establishing 1-5 years,  with the tools to help you create your roadmap to achieve your short-term and long-term goals. Your map allows you to one prioritize your time, see the obstacles ahead on your journey, and to visualize what it is that you want to accomplish. Giving you the power and control of your own life. 


Holding You Accountable  Step Four 

Your Coach final job is hold you accountable for the goals you set for yourself. By tracking your progress with our goal setting tools, your  Coach will be able to see if you're staying committed to the road map which you've created. Total focus and commitment on task at hand is the key achieving your goal, so having someone to keep you honest to that is more than ideal, it's necessary.

  2. Get you explore your potential and resources.

  3. Gain clarity on what it is that you exactly want out of life, why you want it, and how your going to achieve it.

  4. Get F.O.C.U.Sed -Follow one course until success .

  5. Develop resiliency by learning how to overcome obstacles, low self-esteem and insecurities.

  6. Bridging the gap between where you currently are and where you want to be in life.

  7. Give you the strategies, techniques, and tools which will facilitates you closer to reaching your goals.
