After coming off active duty or retiring your military service, the transition to a new civilian lifestyle can be an extremely daunting and overwhelming process. This also pertains to reservist who are trying to balance life between the military duties and their civilian life. The common problems veterans and service members face during this transition is: financial, physical health, mental health, relationships, seeking a career and social abilities.
Our Founder know this to be true because he himself has being a serving in the Army National Guard for 9 years. He recalled struggling with these exact problems after returning home from military schools and a deployment to Afghanistan. During his transition he was uninspired, unmotivated, and was fighting PTSD. There was a time when he felt completely hopeless and unable to dream anymore because he was overwhelmed with stress. Regaining full control over his life became his top priority and now wants to share those tools and techniques with other vets.
A good plan violently executed right now is far better than a perfect plan executed next week.
