After coming off active duty or retiring your military service, the transition to a new civilian lifestyle can be an extremely daunting and overwhelming process. During his transition he was uninspired, unmotivated, and was fighting PTSD. There was a time when he felt completely hopeless and unable to dream anymore because he was overwhelmed with stress. Regaining full control over his life became his top priority and now wants to share those tools and techniques with other vets.
